This CD contains excellent morning music for easy listening and experiencing the healing properties of music, with Subhash Sarkar on tabla.
1st Track: an original creation of Roop Verma. It is an early morning Raga expressing the solitude and peacefulness of that hour. It has a highly meditative quality; thereby helping the listener to feel united within.
2nd Track: a traditional Raga created in the 16th century. It depicts love, devotion and joy. The best time to enjoy and feel the beauty of this Raga is around 9:00 AM.
